You Ask Why
You ask why I feel guilty
On this important day
And why I feel ashamed
And it won’t go away
I didn’t burn and plunder
I did not kill for fun
But people who look just like me
Killed somebody’s daughter or son
And now on Palestine Land day
I feel as guiltily as can be
And the guilt will never go
Till Palestine is free.
